Motorcycle Mania

I was checking out Tommy Ton's coverage for street style this recent fashion week. While I was browsing through his photos, I noticed that there are some street style trends that seem to be more prominent than the others. One of these trends is the motorcycle jacket. 

The classic black leather motorcycle jackets made several appearances. But thanks to the creativity of some designers and the fabulous taste of our foreign fashionista friends, we see the motorcycle jacket reinterpreted in many ways. From furry, quilted, and patched to the the colorful, bleached and rugged, it seems that this staple piece is not just for the road anymore; the streets are the new highways and the motorcycle jacket is the fuel for the fashion fastlane.
